Roughly 12-acre property setup for camping and hunting in seclusion with a 1680 square foot house and barn on the front parcel. The house is built on a slab with extra thick block walls but needs new roof and complete renovation. A pricey mound-type septic system was installed in recent years. The back two parcels are well isolated, and an easement w/gate leads to the back parcels. The house and outbuildings are on dry ground but some of the property (as seen in the photos) has been covered with water due to the high-water table issues in the area.
